European car key replacement & programming

European manufacturers moved to rolling-code transponders and component-protected immobilisers years before the rest of the market. A Mercedes FBS4 key, a BMW CAS4+/FEM-BDC module or an Audi MQB dashboard cannot be programmed with a generic aftermarket cloner. Each one requires the correct EEPROM read, a virgin key with the matching chip, and a controlled write back to the vehicle so no fault codes are left behind.

Our vans carry Autel IM608 Pro, Xhorse Key Tool Plus, VVDI Prog and AVDI equipment, along with virgin OEM and premium aftermarket key blanks for the European range. That means all-keys-lost jobs, spare key cutting, proximity fob replacement, comfort-access repairs and immobiliser diagnostics are done in your driveway rather than on the back of a flatbed.

We also handle the mechanical side that dealers ignore: HU66, HU92, HU100 and HU162T high-security blades cut by code on a Condor XC-Mini Plus, worn ignition barrels, glovebox and trunk locks, and door lock cylinders reworked to your existing key so one key runs the whole car again.
